Added support for transform cards by expanding the data entries in the cards file and the code.
Will still be compatible with the previous version, but the previous version won't actually see the transform.

Per 0.99l OnlinePlayTable uses OpenGL by default, so you don't need DirectX installed anymore.
If you wish to use the DirectX engine however, simply remove the AndorraOGL.dll file and place the AndorraDX93D.dll in the program folder.
You need to have DirectX 9.0c or higher installed for this program.
To quickly see if you have it, go to START -> RUN - fill in dxdiag and press enter
